disgusting poo eating
I totally gave up on the poop eating, been battling it for a long time, tried every trick in the book. Seemed like the more I tried to intervene the more it made them do it.

Car sickness, all of a sudden
hmmm that is strange. I dont have a dog that gets car sick. But if you can help it, maybe it will help for them not to look out the window...are they throwing up?

Ollie growling and barking at kids..
Any kind of praise, love or affection during the time Ollie is reacting negatively to children will only increase this behavior because the affection (petting him) is like saying "good boy" when he is acting this way. You need to disagree …

so sad bull terriers for sale
yes this is common to see in the USA too. What baffles me is the incredibly high prices people will ask for their older dog as well, instead of a very low fee to find them a good home. Poor dogs suffer and lose their families.

Miniature vs standard
Mini's are soo cute. But most bull terrier breeders consider them to be a whole different breed, and not even close to the same as a standard. When you see a standard next to a mini, its pretty remarkable, a mini looks like a 3 month old standa…

Chewing...how much is too much? Or is it?
If you put grizzly oil on the rope it will entice her to eat and consume the rope. Rope will also cause a blockage and surgery will be needed to take it out. The last thing you want is a bunch of string in her belly.

Chewing...how much is too much? Or is it?
If I were to give rawhide I give them one large piece and allow them to consume 25% at a time. I wait another week before giving more. Haven't given rawhide in a long long time, but when I did, that's how I did it.

Chewing...how much is too much? Or is it?
Rawhide can cause lots and lots of problems. I have always told people, and follow this myself, that, you can give rawhide but in serious moderation. Too much rawhide can cause constipation and even a blockage. I don't give it, just to be safe.…

Tripe and Dry Biscuit Diet
Most low protein kibble diets you will find will be mostly "light' dog foods or 'weigh control' which are generally geared more towards trying to help control over weight dogs. What kibble did your breeder suggest?

what a nice miniature bull terrier
Good looking minis are hard to find! They have less heads usually than standards, but the breed is getting better heads now days. Every mini I have met was as sweet as pie and I fell in love.

lens luxation and fibrocartilaginous embolism
It's very sad this disease. This dog on this forum was diagnosed as a carrier and now is PLL in one eye. http://www.bulliez.net/forum/showthread.php?13116-Peppermintt-DNA-carrier-said-PLL-has-an-eye

When I frequent forms on mini's I often see affected dogs. Very often, sadly. I also see affected dog's being bred. Even more sad.
