Bullies of NC receive multiple emails and phone call inquiries daily requesting information regarding current or future purchasing of our Bull Terrier puppies, and adults alike. More than often they request to be placed on a list or to be able to place a deposit that might enable them to have first pick of the litter. Unfortunately we do not offer this service as we do not guarantee any unborn puppy’s specific colors, markings. However, once a litter has been whelped and the puppies are one week old we do offer each customer the opportunity to place a hold on a puppy they desire, with a required minimum deposit of $200. This deposit is refundable up until they reach four weeks of age, after which time the deposit will no longer be refundable. Customer will have the opportunity to transfer the deposit to another puppy from a current or future litter. Please note, once a puppy or adult Bull Terrier has been purchased in full, we offer a no refund policy with no exception. Customer will have the opportunity to transfer the payment to another puppy from a current or future litter. If the puppy is whelped from a higher pedigree breeding, customer will have to pay the difference in cost. Each customer will be provided health certificate stating that their puppy has been examined and received his/her first shots and worming by a licensed veterinarian and has been found to be sound and free of any health issues. Each customer also receives a one year health guarantee that each puppy or adult bully will be free of any disease and congenital defects. If within one year your pet has been examined by a license veterinarian and it is found that puppy does have a congenital defect, we will offer a puppy exchange for another puppy of the same quality. If the replacement puppy is whelped from a higher pedigree breeding, customer will have to pay the difference in cost. We do not offer refunds on product sales only exchanges for damaged items.
